Bond 45 is available for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Late Night Events and we have the perfect setting for all Corporate & Social Events.

The Villa, located on the lower level, can accommodate 20 to 70 Guests.

Full floor buyout for up to 200 guests & full restaurant buyout for up to 400 guests.

The Bond Bar Below at Bond 45 can accommodate up to 200 guests includes 2 alluring lounge areas equipped with working fireplaces, a sunken patio, charming alcoves and 2 exquisite built in bars.

Redeye Grill is available for lunch, dinner and late night events, whether you have 20 guests or 500, your event can be accommodated in a host of spaces in the Heart of NYC.

Cafe Fiorello

Cafe Fiorello has a semi-private dining space that can be arranged and designed to suit your event – whatever the style.

Our semi-private room provides an oasis of intimacy within the restaurant's lively atmosphere and can accommodate 16-40 guests. The paneled walls are decorated with works by New York & Italian artist Mark Kostabi.

The entire restaurant is also available.

We provide many options for dining with custom menus to match many budgets.

Bond 45 National Harbor

Bond 45 is perfect for corporate outings, birthday and anniversary celebrations, charity events and wedding-related festivities. We provide many options for both seated dinners and cocktail receptions with custom menus to match many budgets.

Our four Conservatories offers space for a private event up to 20 guests seated or a standing reception. 

Our Wine Room has space to accommodate up to 32 seated guests or 25 for a standing reception.

In addition to the private rooms, our Main Dining Room may be reserved for semi-private parties and provides seating for up to 66 guests.

The entire restaurant is available and can accommodate up to 230 guests.
